Job description:

  • To be responsible for day to day management of all aspects of customer service.
  • Order taking via phone / fax & online.
  • Order entering for those via phone, email and fax.
  • Answering queries, package delivery updates/status.
  • Promote excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently.
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling with enthusiastic attitude.
  • Work well with sales and operation team and fellow customer service officers to ensure exceptionally high standard of service is being delivered.

Requirements:

  • Higher NITEC or Diploma or its equivalent
  • Good understanding of customer account management
  • Friendly and Customer Service Driven
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • A Team Player
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service experience.
  • Good attendance and punctuality.
  • Proficient in Japanese language (Speaking and Writing).

  • Perform parcels sorting works

Requirements

  • Working hours: 6pm to 10pm, Mondays to Fridays

Responsibilities

  • Ensure goods are sort accordingly by floor levels into the proper delivery equipment.
  • Execute deliveries & collections in a timely manner.
  • To take note tenant’s delivery timing requirements and execute where necessary.
  • Ensure correct documents are duly endorsed by tenant/LSP for office submission/records.
  • To report to Supervisor on any packaging issues/discrepancy/problem arises immediately.
  • Provide reliable service to customers.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping of storage equipment and working environment.
  • To perform Traffic Control at the Heartland Mall.
  • To assist Mall Tenants delivery agents pertaining to the Dock Scheduler Queing System (DSQ).
  • Other ad-hoc jobs/assignment from time to time.

Requirements

  • Secondary education.
  • Able to read, write and understand simple English.
  • A team player.
  • 5 days’ work week (including Saturday, Sunday / Public Holiday).
  • Able to handle heavy load of goods

  • To respond to incoming queries and ensures the resolution of service
  • Prepare and attend client meetings
  • To be well aware of the local market
  • To have good know-how of the service providers and customers
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels especially with external customers
  • To manage and support daily performance of sales and customer service team.
  • To maintain healthy receivables and maintain level of bad debts
  • Established sales goals, objectives, KPIs and strategic business expansion plans for continuous review.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or higher in similar field or any of its relevant discipline.
  • Professional image, polished presentation & highly motivated
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding / Shipping Sales with proven track record
  • Must possess management experience within freight forwarding industry
  • Ability to take initiative and responsibility
  • Computer literate
  • Good English and communication skills
