Unauthorized Access to YTS Server

We are writing to inform you that we have confirmed that a third party illegally accessed the Yamato
Transport Singapore (YTS) server on 4 September 2024.

Upon confirmation of the unauthorized access, we have swiftly taken the necessary steps to restrict
outside access, and to report the situation to the relevant authorities.

With the support of a company specializing in security, we are currently investigating the cause of
the incident and the extent of its impact. We are also strengthening our security measures and
looking into ways to prevent a recurrence of this incident.

Additionally, we have confirmed that the unauthorized access to the YTS server did not impact the
servers or networks of any other Yamato Group companies, including our parent company, Yamato
Holdings.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused to all involved parties.
