Dear Valued Customer,

We urgently need to bring an important matter to your attention. It has come to our notice that scammers are impersonating our company by sending fraudulent SMS and WhatsApp messages. These deceptive messages claim that you have a parcel that requires payment of a high amount of duties before it can be delivered. They are using a name almost identical to ours and displaying an outdated version of our logo to mislead you.

  2. Do Not provide any personal or payment information.
  3. Report these fraudulent messages to your mobile service provider and to us immediately via email at [email protected].

We are actively working to address this issue and ensure your safety. Your security and trust are our top priorities.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter and for your continued trust in Yamato Transport (S) .
