Urgent Security Alert: Scam Notification

We urgently need to bring an important matter to your attention. It has come to our notice that scammers are impersonating our company by sending fraudulent SMS and WhatsApp messages. These deceptive messages claim that you have a parcel that requires payment of a high amount of duties before it can be delivered. They are using a name almost identical to ours and displaying an outdated version of our logo to mislead you.
Please be aware that Yamato Transport (S) will never ask you to make payments through SMS or WhatsApp for parcel duties. If you receive such messages, please do not respond or provide any personal information. These messages are not from us and are intended to scam you.
What to Do:
- Do Not click any links or respond to these messages.
- Do Not provide any personal or payment information.
- Report these fraudulent messages to your mobile service provider and to us immediately via email at [email protected].
