IMPORTANT NOTICE: Earthquake in Kumamoto leads to Suspension / Delay of Parcel Deliveries in Kumamoto and Kyushu areas

Suspension / Delay of Parcel Deliveries in Kumamoto and Kyushu areas

Please be advised that due to the earthquake that occurred on 28 July 2026 in Kumamoto, parcels from Singapore destined for the following areas are either suspended or expected to experience delays:

  • Service Suspensions   
    • All areas in Kumamoto Prefecture
  • Areas with Expected Delivery Delays   
    • All areas of Kyushu
