About the role
This role involves handling and supporting accounts receivable and accounts payable daily operations, including processing payments, updating systems, and performing other finance- related activities.
Key responsibilities
- Handle and support AR/AP daily jobs including process payment and update system
- Perform other finance related activities
- Perform regular supplier statement reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Support Corporate Management compilation data & reports
- Provide ad hoc support as required
About you
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background or professionals with up to 1–2 years of accounting experience
- Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables), Google Sheet, or Powerpoint
- Familiarity with accounting & ERP systems (e.g. SAP & Cargowise) is an advantage
- High attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
