- ● Our shipping price include a standard insurance covering up to SGD 2,500 for parcel lost or damage (only when exterior damage is found)
- ● When sending a suitcase, please ensure to declare with value.
- ● Suitcase must be packed into a box and size after packing must be within 160cm.
- ● Wine, glass products and ceramic products (e.g. figures, French dolls etc.), rare goods, replica goods, art goods, antique goods, light bulb goods etc. may not be eligible for compensation. About forbidden items and regulated items.
- ● This service does not include temperature controlled deliveries.
- ● Damage to temperature-sensitive items (chocolate, candle, wax, etc.) will not be covered.

How to Use
1) Package and Document
You can use your favorite box.
The total of your package’s three sides (L+W+H) and weight doesn’t exceed 160 cm and 25kg.
Access the International TA-Q-BIN Online Shipping and Create Your Shipment & Pay online (There is no online payment if you choose “All Collect shipment”).
*If you cannot use the International TA-Q-BIN Online Shipping, please contact [email protected] to get help.
2) Create Shipping Document
Enter what you’d like to ship and the details of your items
Seal the box after you have packed the items.
Mark the reference number and tracking number issued by International TA-Q-BIN Online Shipping on the box using a marker pen.
3) Wait for Collection (or drop off at Yamato HQ Office)
Doorstep collection: Earliest pickup will be the next working day 9:00-13:00, 13:00-17:00. In the event where we cannot fulfill your timing, our customer service team will contact you for arrangements. Please have your parcel ready before pickup. Our driver can wait up to 10 mins at your door.
Drop off at Yamato HQ office: Our office is located at 2 Bukit Merah Central, #08-01, Singapore 159835. Once you’ve reached our office, please dial 5984 on the intercom to reach the International TA-Q-BIN department. Please note that our working hours are between 9:00-17:00.

ⓘ 利用規約
- ● 料金には1箱あたり2,500 SGDまでの損害を補償する損害保険料が含まれています。（外箱に破損が見られる場合のみ）。
- ● スーツケースをお送りいただく際は、必ず申告価格をご記入ください。
- ● スーツケースは必ず箱に梱包する必要があり、梱包後のサイズ（3辺合計）は 160cm 以内に収めてください。
- ● ワイン、ガラス製品、陶磁器（フィギュア、フランス人形など）、希少品、精巧な複製（レプリカ）、美術品、骨董品、電球類などは補償の対象外となる場合があります。禁制品および規制品目についての詳細はこちらをご確認ください
- ● 本サービスでは温度管理配送（クール便など）には対応しておりません。
- ● 温度変化の影響を受けやすい品物（チョコレート、キャンドル、ワックス等）の変形等は補償対象外となります。
- ● その他の詳細については、国際宅急便の「標準利用規約」をご確認ください。
ご利用手順
1) 箱と送り状の準備
お荷物に合わせた箱をご用意ください。
箱の大きさは3辺の合計（縦+横+高さ）が 160cm 以内、重量が 25kg 以内であることをご確認ください。
「国際宅急便オンライン・シッピング」に必要事項を入力し、お支払いください。（「全て着払い」をご選択される場合は、オンラインでのお支払いはございません）
*国際宅急便オンライン・シッピングがご利用いただけない場合は、[email protected] までお問い合わせください。
2) 送り状の入力、お荷物の梱包
発送する品物の詳細を入力してください。
品物の梱包が完了してから箱のサイズを計測してください。
国際宅急便オンライン・シッピングで発行された「照会番号」と「追跡番号」を、油性ペン等で箱に太く明記してください。
3) 集荷依頼 / お荷物のお持ち込み
集荷依頼の場合: 最短の集荷対応は翌営業日の 9:00〜13:00、13:00〜17:00 となります。ご希望の日時に添えない場合は、当社カスタマーサービスより調整のご連絡をさせていただきます。ドライバーが到着する前に荷物の準備を完了させておいてください。ドライバーの待機時間は玄関先で最大10分間となります。
ヤマト本社オフィスへの持ち込み: 当社オフィスは 2 Bukit Merah Central, #08-01, Singapore 159835. にございます。オフィスに到着されましたら、インターホンで「5984」を押し、国際宅急便部門をお呼び出しください。営業時間は 9:00〜17:00 となっております。
