- β Despite our one item per package policy, it is possible to send multiple quantities if it’s the same items.
- β For sending packages containing different items, please use International TA-Q-BIN.
- β Visible tracking system to manage packages 24/7.
- β Approximately 3 to 5 days for delivery.

How to Use
1) Package and Document
You can use your favorite box.
The total of your package’s three sides (L+W+H) and weight doesn’t exceed 80 cm and 5kg.
Access the International TA-Q-BIN Online Shipping and Create Your Shipment & Pay online (There is no online payment if you choose “All Collect shipment”).
*If you cannot use the International TA-Q-BIN Online Shipping, please contact [email protected] to get help.
2) Create Shipping Document
Enter what you’d like to ship and the details of your items
Seal the box after you have packed the items.
Mark the reference number and tracking number issued by International TA-Q-BIN Online Shipping on the box using a marker pen.
3) Wait for Collection (or drop off at Yamato HQ Office)
β Terms of Use
- β Only one type of item can be sent per shipment, but it can be multiple pieces of the same item.
- β Our shipping price include a standard insurance covering up to SGD 1,000 for parcel lost or damage (only when exterior damage is found)
- β Wine, glass products and ceramic products (e.g. figures, French dolls etc.), rare goods, replica goods, art goods, antique goods, light bulb goods etc. may not be eligible for compensation. About forbidden items and regulated items.
- β This service does not include temperature controlled deliveries.
- β For temperature-sensitive items (chocolate, candle, wax, etc.) damage due to temperature change is not covered.
